Does Hemsly furniture require assembly?
Every piece that requires assembly will be clearly marked on the product page. It is our goal at Hemsly to provide little to no assembly for our products. If something does require assembly, minimal effort will be necessary and clear instructions will be provided.
What does “Real Touch” mean when referring to your artificial plants?
Real Touch refers to our higher-end line of artificial florals. Made from special fabrics and molds, these flowers have a realistic look and feel.
Can artificial topiaries safely be placed outside on a patio or entryway?
They can be placed onto a covered patio or covered entryway. However, we do not recommend placing artificial plants in direct sunlight.
Can I re-use any of the pots from the artificial plants for my own plant?
Due to the way our artificial plants are assembled during the manufacturing process, it would not be possible.
What countries are your products made in?
Hemsly products are made in China, India, Vietnam, Malaysia & Philippines.
How long will it take to receive my order? Can I track it?
Copy and paste your tracking number into Google. Depending on the speed of service you requested, Google will give you a timeline.
What if I need to change my order details?

Do you ship to other countries?
Hemsly currently ships only within the contiguous United States.
